Sailor Moon Exhibition in Roppongi

Special event for fans of Sailor Moon in spring of 2016

Fans of love, justice and all things Sailor Moon need to check out Mori Tower in Roppongi Hills’ “The Exhibition of Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon.” From April 14th to June 19th, fans can see original manga drawings and paintings from creator Naoko Takeuchi on display. Toys, goods, and assorted items from the anime as well as new exclusive art will also be exhibited.

This exhibit promises to offer not just artwork but a multifaceted Sailor Moon experience. The entryway of the museum has been modeled to look just like the Moon Kingdom, there is access to the sky deck on the 52nd floor of Mori Tower so that you can overlook Azabu Juban (a main setting for the story), and “The Sun & The Moon” café will offer Sailor Moon themed snacks. If you are in Japan and are a Sailor Moon fan, this is an event that you cannot miss.

Special event ticket vouchers can be purchased ahead of time at Lawson convenience stores for ¥1,800 and exchanged at the museum for a commemorative exhibition ticket design. Same-day tickets will also be available for purchase at the Mori Tower entrance counter for ¥1,800, but the design will be the standard Mori Tower Art Museum ticket.

Event information can be found on the Roppongi Hills website.
