Halloween Tea Time at Gajoen Hotel 2020

A sinfully extravagant tea time await

Venue: Gajoen Hotel When: Oct 1st - Oct 31st 2020

Get ready for a deliciously spooky Halloween trick-or-treat tea time at Meguro Gajoen Hotel in Tokyo.

If enjoying Shibuya’s giant annual costume fest or Disneyland’s Halloween parade proves too loud for your liking—then perhaps a little spooky tea time is just what Dr. Frankenstein ordered. You’ll have to hurry—this creepy cuisine is only being served from October 1st to the 31st.

The usual interior of Meguro’s Gajoen Hotel has been transformed into something right out of the "Addams Family." With chic black dishes, ornamental pumpkins, and autumn-colored bouquets, your inner-child is sure to go batty over the décor.

And if you thought the hotel looked pretty, wait until you see the food! Afternoon tea time never looked so wickedly good. With seasonal ingredients like pumpkin, sweet potatoes, chestnuts, and blackberries, you’re in for a decidedly delicious treat when you sit down to dine at the New American Grill “Kanade Terrace”.

All of the foods have been prepared with the theme of Halloween night. And they could not be more sweet and spooky. For the sweet’s lovers out there, enjoy red-and-black verrine, Forêt Noire cake decorated with chocolate skulls, and even a witch’s bonbon!

If you’re craving something a little heartier, try the scones with clotted cream. There's also a smoked salmon and cream cheese croissant or mushroom quiche—just to name a few. And how about a black Halloween cocktail? Made with fresh blackberries and blueberries over a citrus base, it’s sure to get you doing the monster mash!
