Another option, the Sakura Mochi Donut Blooming Strawberry Milk, highlights the visual theme of the collection. After being coated in strawberry chocolate and sprinkled with strawberry granules, strawberry milk bean paste containing strawberry puree is piped on top to resemble a cherry blossom in bloom. For a simpler flavor, the Sakura Mochi Donut Spring Scented Strawberry Flavor features the cherry blossom dough coated in a strawberry-flavored glaze that balances sweetness with a light tang. This donut is priced at 205 JPY for takeout or 209 JPY for eat-in.
