Miquel Barceló Exhibition

A special event at Osaka's National Museum of Art

Venue: National Museum of Art, Osaka When: Mar 20th - May 30th 2021

A special exhibition taking place at The National Museum of Art in Osaka looks at the works of Miquel Barceló (1957 -), who is revered as a master of Spanish contemporary art. The event will showcase around 100 of Barceló's works, with pieces on display that were inspired by his travels to Paris, Africa, and even the island of Mallorca in his home country. There will be large canvas pieces, ceramic items, watercolor art, sketches, and more for attendees to enjoy.

Adult admission to the event is priced at 1200 yen.

Getting there

The National Museum of Art in Osaka is located five minutes on foot from Watanabebashi Station (Exit 2), served by the Keihan Nakanoshima Line, or 10 minutes on foot from Higobashi Station (Exit 3), served by the Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line.

As there is no dedicated parking at the museum, patrons are advised to utilize public transport wherever possible.
