Cafe de Ginza Miyuki-kan is a well-known sweets cafe in central Ginza. Open since 1969, this French-style cafe serves sophisticated and delicious desserts including their signature chestnut Mont Blanc. Also worth trying are the mille-feuille and mille-crepe (1000 layer crepe dessert). Lunch sets are available and may include sandwiches, salads, pasta and stews. Service is personal and the individual teapots are a nice touch. The main store is in the Ginza, although there are 5 other shops around the city. The cafe is open late from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. weeknights and until midnight on weekends, seven days a week.
