There are eight tennis courts inside the park. The fee for one court is 210 yen per hour.

The 400 meter all-weather running track. You can use it for free if you don't mind running with others

Water slide of the outdoor pool. As water is warm, you can use it all year round.

Indoor pool. The fee is 600 yen for adult, 240 for children under junior-high school student.

Grass ski field. You can rent the grass-ski paraphernalia for 500 yen per hour.

Located a thirty minutes drive from the center of Fukui city, Fukui Wellness Park is a large sports park in an idyllic setting surrounded by mountains. There are various sports facilities inside; a sports center in which you can enjoy indoor sports such as volley ball, table tennis, badminton, a gym, along with an all-year indoor/outdoor pool, a spa and a sauna. Out in the park, there is a 400 meter running track, eight tennis courts, a grass ski field, eight gateball courts, a soccer ground, a softball ground, a mountain bike course, and more. Since it's run by the local government, you can use it for a very reasonable price (See the price list here in Japanese). The park is free to explore. If you visit here, you'll know how blessed Fukui is with nature and space!
