The sweets plate includes rice flour banana and cranberry muffins styled with orange jelly to resemble sunflowers, a passionfruit and mango tart inspired by marigolds, mango and pineapple coconut cake, jasmine-scented fig cake, lime mini chocolates, and two types of bliss balls—one made with pistachio and apricot, and another with almonds and raspberry. Caramelized banana and fresh mango slices cut to look like roses round out the dessert selection.

Savory options include an edamame and soy milk mousse designed to look like a sunflower, and a soy meat taco filled with avocado, tomato, and other summer vegetables. Guests can enjoy a variety of teas from Ronnefeldt, as well as coffee.

The experience is priced from 6000 JPY per person, including tax and service charges, and seating is limited to two-hour time slots with reservations required in advance. A portion of each purchase goes toward supporting the Nature Conservation Society of Japan, an NGO working to protect biodiversity and promote harmony between people and nature.
