The hotel staff is very efficient and speak English very well.

The hotel also has some common rooms, a lobby, and a buffet-style restaurant. Breakfast and lunch are available by reservation in the restaurant, and each floor has a "food corner," with a vending machine and a microwave.

Guests can go to places such as Yokohama Chinatown and Minato Mirai 21 in minutes. Yokohama Station is also easy to reach and Tokyo itself is only 30 minutes are so from there. If you like to walk, Yokohama is the perfect destination. The hotel is very close to Cross Street, an area full of restaurants and many shops. If you need something in a hurry there is a 7-Eleven just down the street from the hotel that is open all night long.
