The famous Hanazono Rugby Stadium, considered by many Japanese to be the true home of rugby in Japan, has a long history dating back to 1929. This rugby-only stadium can seat over 26,000 people. It is the annual Stage for the national high school rugby tournament and venue for many top international league games.
