Just a couple of doors from popular gaijin haunt No Name Bar, Bincho Ogiya is a cheap, fun place to eat and drink well and cheaply. I wasn't taking notes so don't have much detail to give, but five of us had ample food and drinks, and the total cost for everything was a little over ¥11000. There's a wide range of food and drinks on the menu, and while there was no English, there were plenty of pictures to help us choose. The dining was good, the staff friendly and the atmosphere fun: a proper good time was had!
