Not far from Kinshicho and Nishi-Ojima stations on the eastern fringe of central Tokyo, Sarue Onshi Park is a large suburban park, frequented by joggers, families, dog-walkers and elementary school outings. With expansive lawns, outdoor exercise machines and a handful of ponds, it's a fun place to take a relaxing stroll, have a picnic, or engage in some people-watching, observing the everyday life of the city.
