Located in a quiet area just a few train stations away from Tokyo Station and nearby Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea, Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel has 605 rooms that can accommodate a family of three or four without the need to share beds. The spacious, high-ceilinged lobby welcomes guests and provides a central space to meet, chat, and work, with plenty of comfortable seating spread throughout. With about 80% of their guests coming from overseas, the friendly staff can provide service in English, Chinese, and many other languages.

Celebrating this area of Tokyo’s roots from the Edo Period, artwork created by eight Japanese artists adorns the walls, floors, and ceilings of common spaces and rooms alike. Look closely, and you'll discover themes of traditional Japanese patterns, ukiyo-e woodblock prints, and the ships that traded in the bayside areas around Shiomi.

The airy bar and restaurant, Tide Table Shiomi, offers a variety of dinner options, from casual bites to exquisite French fusion courses using Japanese ingredients. Treat yourself to the Chef's Special Course, a feast of seven dishes that feature regional specialties like Wagyu beef alongside a seasonal menu using a variety of ever-changing fresh ingredients.

On the hotel's second floor, you'll find a convenient coinless laundry, a fitness center, and two enormous gender-segregated Japanese-style baths with sauna rooms. Each bath features a modern take on the murals that adorn Japan's traditional bathhouses. Crowd conditions in the baths (and restaurant, for that matter) can be monitored from the information screen on the television in your room.

In addition to the standard beds in the room, the rooms feature a daybed that also functions as a sofa and a pull-out bed stored under one of the standard beds, both using comfortable Simmons mattresses. The rooms also contain a full-sized bath and shower if you prefer a private bathing option over the bathhouse, and a large-screen LCD television supporting most streaming services. Overall, the room has plenty of storage space, so you don't need to live out of your suitcase during your stay.

Quiet and Convenient Tokyo Location

Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel is located just three train stations from both Tokyo Disney Resort and Tokyo Station, a veritable oasis in the city in a quiet neighborhood, steps away from Shiomi Station. For visitors planning to spend several days at Tokyo Disney Resort and several more exploring Tokyo, the hotel is perfect as a respite from the busyness of the rest of your day.

There's no need to head to Tokyo Station to enjoy the sights of the city; adults and children can enjoy many popular local attractions in the area. An early morning visit to the Tokyo Fish Market at Toyosu to watch the tuna auction couldn't be easier as the hotel is just a few minutes away by taxi.

Toyosu/Odaiba area is also home to the popular TeamLab Planets interactive digital art museum, the informative Miraikan National Museum of Emerging Sciences, and Small Worlds, with its outstanding miniature dioramas created in intricate detail. Several large shopping malls and gaming centers are also located on Odaiba, enough to keep family members entertained all day long.

An Exclusive River Cruise and Nearby Seasonal Events

The area near Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel is also famous for many popular seasonal events. Several major events take place in the neighborhoods close to the hotel, including the Fukagawa Hachiman Matsuri, one of Tokyo's largest Edo festivals, and the Sumidagawa Fireworks Festival, which delights millions of viewers every July with breathtaking displays in the night sky.

During the spring sakura season, several of Tokyo's top cherry blossom viewing locations are easy to access from the hotel: along the Sumida River, in the elegant Hamarikyu Japanese Gardens, and along the moat of the Imperial Palace at Chidorigafuchi.

The hotel offers exclusive seasonal activities for limited periods and availability. Over the summer, it offered a yakatabune cruise on the river from a pier just a minute's walk from the hotel. The tour provided unique views of Tokyo's scenic beauty from the water, and included a fishing experience for goby, a fish enjoyed by locals here during the Edo Period. Getting there

Located just a minute's walk from Shiomi Station on the JR Keiyo Line, the station itself is three stops (7 minutes) from Tokyo Station and three stops (9 minutes) from Maihama Station, the closest train station to the Disney Resort (Disneyland and DisneySea). Using the Narita Express train to Tokyo Station, the hotel is about an hour from Narita International Airport. From Haneda Airport, it is less than 45 minutes using the Tokyo Monorail and JR Keihin-Tohoku Line trains. Direct bus service is also available to Tokyo Station from either of the airports.
