Finding Your Way from Namba

Don't get lost in Osaka's famous entertainment district

This is the grand entrance of  Osaka Takashimaya department store. If you lose your way, go here first. From here you can get do a Google map search and find your bearings

This is the Marui building which faces Takashimaya. There will be a long crosswalk right before you. Walk across it to the other side

When you reach the other side, turn left. You will see this view. Walk forward. Marui will be on your right

Turn right here. Marui is still on the right. Then continue to walk straight for a while

There is a large intersection with a highway up above. Turn left. There will be a long crosswalk directly in front of you. Walk across to the other side

When you reach the other side and walk forward a little, you will see this view. Continue to walk forward for a while

When you reach this point, you will see a cross walk in front of you. Walk across this one to the other side

When you reach the other side, you will see this view. Turn right and walk forward a little, then turn left and walk forward

When you reach this point, you will see a long crosswalk in front of you. The Hotel Monterey Grasmere is very near. Keep walking forward

The grand entrance of the hotel is very near. Continue to walk forward.

Sightseeing in Osaka's Namba district is very exciting. As the area is complex and confusing, travelers can lose their way when they want to go to the train station or their hotel.

Here, I will introduce some good ways to get to the Hotel Monterey Grasmere, Osaka. From the hotel, it is only a one-minute walk to JR Namba Station.

I live in Osaka city and work in Chuo ward and see many foreign travelers being lost when I am at work. Hopefully, this will help you!
