A Rilakkuma Stay in Kanagawa

Two new hotel rooms opening at Maholova Minds Miura

Maholova Minds Miura Tokyo Bay is located just a short train ride away from the Kamakura area, and includes rooms with ocean views, hot spring baths, and themed rooms. The newest themed rooms at the hotel incorporate two iconic characters – Rilakkuma and Korilakkuma – in collaboration with San-X Co., Ltd.

The Rilakkuma room covers a space of 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. There are Rilakkuma motifs throughout the room, from the bedding to the sofas and even the wall decor.

The Korilakkuma room is slightly smaller at 80 square meters, and it can accommodate up to 4 guests. This room takes on a bright pink color palette, and similar to the Rilakkuma room has themed bedding, sofas, and wall decor.

If the rooms themselves weren't cute enough, guests receive several extra perks for staying in them. Each booking will receive a Rilakkuma and Korilakkuma plush toy set, a set of four Rilakkuma donuts, a bottle of mineral water with Rilakkuma on the label, and a Rilakkuma face towel, plus a commemorative Maholova Minds Miura x Rilakkuma tote bag to store all of the goodies in. Other Rilakkuma products will be sold at the hotel, so other guests who aren't staying in the new rooms can still get in on the fun.
