Sakura Season at Starbucks Reserve® Roastery Tokyo

New spring beverages and treats await!

Starbucks Reserve® Roastery Tokyo is ushering in the much-anticipated sakura season starting on Saturday, February 15th 2025, with an array of seasonal beverages and treats to enjoy. This year’s theme is "HEART MEETS SAKURA," highlighting the deep emotional connection that many people have with the cherry blossoms. Visitors can experience the essence of sakura before the flowers bloom, all while enjoying spring-inspired drinks along the Meguro River.

The drinks available include the following:

Sakura Cream Latte (Hot/Iced)

Available at the main bar on the first floor, this returning favorite combines the sweet flavors of bean paste powder and cinnamon with rich espresso and soy milk. It evokes the taste of traditional Japanese sweets, offering a taste of spring with each sip. Although the base of the drink is soy milk, it still contains dairy—so if you're vegan or have dairy allergies please keep that in mind.

Stir the drink to bring out the full floral flavors, or add plum jam for a sweet and salty twist.
