Fantasy Springs attraction-inspired menus

To celebrate the opening of the new Fantasy Springs themed port, DisneySea’s chefs have crafted some imaginative dishes inspired by its attractions. At Magellan’s, the menu for Anna and Elsa’s Frozen Journey features ingredients inspired by Northern Europe. The meal begins with an Olaf-themed hors d’oeuvre, followed by a seafood dish symbolizing Elsa’s ice stairs. A hearty meat dish reflects Arendelle Castle, while dessert captures the moment of Anna and Elsa’s reunion.

At Ristorante di Canaletto, the Neverland-themed menu features a scallop and jelly appetizer inspired by Peter Pan’s world, short pasta with Mimolette cheese for a touch of pixie dust, and a roast beef dish styled after Captain Hook’s hat.

At Restaurant Sakura, the Fairy Tinkerbell’s Busy Buggy menu represents Fairy Valley’s changing seasons. A corn appetizer reflects summer, an autumn dish includes mushrooms and leaf-shaped gluten, and a crab and avocado plate symbolizes winter. The main course, an eel rice bowl decorated with edible flowers, is inspired by spring. Tinkerbell-themed drinks are also available.

At SS Columbia Dining Room, the Rapunzel’s Lantern Festival menu takes inspiration from the movie’s iconic boat scene. The meal starts with an appetizer symbolizing the beginning of the journey, followed by a fish dish with mashed potatoes shaped like Rapunzel’s hair. A meat dish represents the castle, and dessert reflects the moment Rapunzel and Flynn Rider admire the floating lanterns. A vivid purple cream soda and a lantern-themed cocktail add to the experience.
