Sometimes referred to as "Little Oze", this marshland area and small lake at Mount Akagi has lovely scenery in every season. In winter it is covered with snow, in spring azaleas bloom, summer sees many wild flowers blooming the grasses and the high elevation keeps the temperature pleasant, while autumn brings misty mornings and turns the grass and trees to gold.

A wooden walk-way extends along one side of the lake
This is probably a great place to observe wildlife
a place to sit and eat lunch, or just admire the scenery

It looks really beautiful. Bookmarking for the next time I am in the area.
It looks different at different times of year. I was there in May or June.
