Vincent van Gogh was a Dutch post-impressionist painter who is among the most famous and influential figures in the history of Western art. A special event taking place at the Hyogo Prefectural Museum of Art brings several of Van Gogh's iconic works like "Starry Night" and "Sunflowers" into the digital realm.

Van Gogh Alive is an immersive exhibition which has already drawn in over 8.5 million people at other events around the globe. Various Van Gogh masterpieces are displayed with light, color, sound, and fragrance, making for an event that delights multiple senses.

Getting there

The Hyogo Prefectural Museum of Art is located approximately 10 minutes on foot from the south exit of Nada Station, which is served by the JR Kobe Line.

For those who opt to drive, paid on-site parking is available.
