David Bowie comes to Tokyo in what is the first international retrospective covering his extraordinary career. For those who want to discover or experience his universe again, this exhibition gathers more than 300 objects originally brought together by the Victoria & Albert Museum in London specially harmonized to offer a "Sound and Vision" experience using headsets.
Visitors will experience a retrospective of his career through original costumes, videos, photographs, handwritten lyrics, ephemera sketches and more. It retraces some of David Bowie's famous or rare performances and fashion styles, and features Japan-only paraphernalia, including Ryuichi Sakamoto and Takeshi Kitano video interviews (who worked with Bowie in the movie "Merry Christmas, Mr Lawrence".)
