Harry Potter Cafe Pop-ups in Tokyo and Nagoya

Marking the 20th anniversary of Harry Potter & the Philosopher's Stone

Muggles rejoice! To commemorate 20 years since the cinema release of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, two Harry Potter Cafe events will be taking place in Tokyo and Nagoya for a limited time.

The cafes will have a variety of themed eats, drinks, and desserts on offer, including sandwich and soup sets served in lunch boxes for the four Harry Potter houses (Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin), a Shepherd’s pie stamped with the Hogwarts logo, and a golden snitch parfait to name just a few. For those who like to plan out their eating options ahead of time, the full menu with prices can be found here.

Along with the themed food and drinks to choose from, there will be a variety of Harry Potter merchandise available for purchase, including key chains, magnets, and letter sets.

Reservations for either cafe can be made in advance via the official event website here, but do note that the dates differ between the two locations. Tokyo's event runs from July 22nd (Thursday) until September 12 (Sunday), and Nagoya's runs from July 23rd (Friday) until August 22nd (Sunday).
