Diego Maradona and Lionel Messi are two of the most iconic footballers in history, both hailing from Argentina. Maradona helped lead the Argentinian team to victory in the 1986 World Cup, and the feat was replicated just last year with Messi at the helm.
A special exhibition taking place in Shibuya until August 13th celebrates these two exceptional players, with a variety of items on display. There will be jerseys and boots, medals from the player's childhoods, and more to check out. There will also be fun photo zone areas set up, and event-limited merchandise available to purchase.
Admission to the exhibition is priced at 1,000 yen for adults, 500 yen for elementary and junior high school students, and free for preschool-aged children.
