A three-day event taking place in Aichi Prefecture brings the beauty of projection mapping to Okazaki Castle, which was the birthplace of Tokugawa Ieyasu (the founder and first shōgun of the Tokugawa Shogunate of Japan) and also features on the list of Japan's Top 100 Castles.
The projection mapping displays also have a historical tie-in, incorporating digital art content related to Okazaki City's culture and traditions such as the famous Mikawa fireworks.
The projection mapping runs from 18:00 to 21:00 during the event dates, with approximately 7 minutes of content followed by 5 minutes of intermission played continuously.
