The Ishibashi Cultural Center is not far from the Nishitetsu Bus Center and it takes around 15 minutes on foot. It's possible to go by bus, though, as many buses go past the Cultural Center. Buses 1, 7, 8, 9, 20, 22, 25, 30, 45, and 48 to Bunka-mae will all drop you at the front entrance. It's located in Nonaka Park with two museums and one cafe. The park provides a wonderful opportunity for hanami!
