The Tenjin Christmas Market in Fukuoka brings a taste of Christmastime in Europe to the city. The event will have a range of food and drinks on offer (including the always popular mulled wine!) and vendors selling Christmas decorations and other goods.
With an array of twinkling lights illuminating the area after the sun goes down, it's the perfect spot to embrace the joy and cheer that comes with the festive season.
Admission to the event is free, but do bring some yen if you plan to make a purchase. The hours of the market also differ on weekdays and weekends. The weekday hours of operation are from 5pm until 10pm, and on weekends and holidays that extends out to 12pm until 10pm.
