Scandinavian countries are often highly revered for their design style, and Finnish design in particular has some unique qualities — simple clean lines, wooden elements, and inspiration drawn from nature are just a few. From September 11th until November 28th, the Museum of Ceramic Art in Hyogo is hosting a special exhibit titled "Finnish Design for Everyday Life" where guests can explore a variety of pieces from this region of the world. There will be a specific focus on Finnish glass crafts and textiles, with over 250 items in total on display.
Admission to the event is priced at 1000 yen, and no advance reservations are required.
