Enjoy Japanese Lotus in Yokohama

It is difficult to find anything in Japan more beautiful than the Japanese lotus. And it is difficult to find a park/garden more beautiful than Sankei-en Garden in Yokohama. Guess what? Sankei-en also features a truly lovely lotus pond located on the right side of the park, just after coming in the entrance gate. Mid-July to mid-to-late-August is the best time to see the lotus. If you are in Yokohama, make a special effort to visit this park. Besides the lotus, there is a whole lot else to see and do.
