Keiko Miyagawa Exhibition 2020-2021

A special event at the Hiratsuka Museum of Art

When: Dec 12th - Apr 4th 2021

A special exhibition taking place at Kanagawa's Hiratsuka Museum of Art looks at the works of Keiko Miyagawa, a graduate of the Tokyo Zokei University who specializes in sculpture, drawing, painting, and even poetry. Her sculptures in particular are known for giving a glimpse into life and death, including the piece in the official flyer titled "When I pray for you and me" (2014).

Admission to the special exhibition is free.

Getting there

The Hiratsuka Museum of Art is located approximately 15 minutes on foot (or a five minute taxi ride) from Hiratsuka Station, served by the Tokaido Main Line. Buses are also available from the station - take the Kanagawa Chuo Kotsu Bus and there's a dedicated stop for the museum.

For those who plan to drive to the museum, there is parking available on-site in several separate lots. Details about the parking lots and associated charges can be found on the official museum website here.
