Suzuhiro Oden Festival 2022

Try Japan's winter comfort food in a variety of ways

Venue: Suzuhiro Kamaboko no Sato When: Jan 11th - Feb 28th 2022

Oden is one of Japan's ultimate winter comfort foods, where various ingredients like boiled eggs, daikon radish, and fishcakes are stewed in a broth flavored with soy sauce and dashi stock. The Suzuhiro Oden Festival celebrates this much-loved dish, and will provide attendees with the opportunity to try a creative variety of oden types.

There will be a unique curry oden flavored with 18 different spices, a yuzu miso oden that delivers a pleasant zingy taste, and even sweets inspired by oden to name just a few.
