K’s House of Ito is located in a 100 year-old Registered Tangible Cultural Property. It is located within a 7-minute walk from JR Ito Train Station and a 4-minutes walk from the beach. The hostel offers hot-spring baths, free Wi-Fi, and three lounge areas.
The Japanese-style rooms at Historical Ryokan Hostel K's House Ito Onsen are air-conditioned and come with a traditional tatami-mat flooring. In most rooms, you can enjoy beautiful views of the Matsukawa River. The hostel is conveniently located in the central part of the city, close to Orange Beach, Ito Harbor, and Shrines.
Guests can relax in the communal hot spring bath or the private hot-spring bath free of charge. You can cook in the fully equipped kitchen or read at the mini library. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the lounge.
I enjoyed staying at K’s House very much. Maybe because it was early spring, an off-season for swimming, so the hostel was quiet. Toilets were shared, but there was no problem about that. I liked the interior of the hostel with many old collectibles like a telephone and clock, and also Japanese decorations. I'd love to stay here again someday!
Ito is a 2-hour ride from Tokyo via Shinkansen or JR Limited Express Train.

I love Japan very much! I like small towns of Japan where I can watch people doing their business and talk to them carefully. They're always friendly. I like Japanese gardens where I can just sit or walk and take my time. Also I like Shinto Jinja as being there I feel in peace. I like to watch sunsets and then to dine in some small local places. I like to soak into onsen after a long day of wandering. I like Japanese crafts very much as all items are made with great taste and skill. Nihon wo daisuki desuyo! My photos from Japan I also place here: https://gurushots.com/f10384/photos Matane!
