The little town of Motegi in Tochigi is not just famous for its circuit racing — you will find hidden beauties almost every season in this beautiful town. Michi no Eki is the place to go if you want dining and entertainment. Various events are held on the plaza on selected days. It is family friendly too and you can do picnics and sightseeing as well.
Located a few minutes away from the town is Shiroyama Park which offers panoramic views of Motegi. During spring, the park literally turns pink when the yaezakura (double cherry blossoms) is in full bloom.
