When I think of my stay at Kinugawa Park Hotels, the first words that come to mind are authenticity and tradition. Visiting Japan is much more than seeing beautiful architecture and eating great food (while we still love those), its about immersing yourself in this unique and exciting culture. If you are looking for an authentic experience just outside of Tokyo, I would recommend taking a trip to Kinugawa Onsen and staying at Kinugawa Park Hotels. Kinugawa Onsen is a hot spring resort in the city of Nikko, Tochigi, Japan. Kinugawa Park Hotels are traditional ryokan style hotels that offer a truly one of a kind Japanese experience. If you are Japanese or familiar with the Japanese culture, then you will already know why onsens are so popular. However, if you have yet to experience one or are considering whether or not to put it on your itinerary, then I would advise you to try your best to make this trip possible. Kinugawa Park Hotels are the perfect option. Each meal is so delicate, served by a woman adorned in traditional Japanese wear, and includes fish, rice, miso and other Japanese delicacies. In between meal times you can relax in the onsens, some of which have stunning views of the surrounding mountains. There are Japanese and Western style rooms available, some of which have their own private outdoor onsen. The restaurant at the hotel is beautiful, with waterfall backdrops accompanied by Japanese music. Although most of the staff cannot speak English, they are extremely friendly and accommodating. If you are ready for this relaxing Japanese adventure, slip on your yutaka, eat some delicious food, and relish in this one of a kind experience.
