WASHU FES in Nakameguro 2026

Enjoy the taste of sake

Venue
Nakameguro GT Tower Front Square
When
Mar 8th - Nov 8th 2026

Wet your whistle with the extremely popular sparkling sake; a refreshing summer sake; or an exhilarating cold sake. At the Minus 5°C Sake Booth get chilled by the crisp taste of below-freezing flavors. At WASHU FES, you’ll get your fill of fresh sake with the all-you-can-drink time that comes with the price of the ticket. Unfiltered sake, cloudy sake, undiluted sake, and plum wine are just a few of the wonderful Japanese beverages you’ll be sampling! You’ll also find sake for sale that you can enjoy at home and even souvenir sake.

2026 Event Schedule

  • 30th Session: March 28 (Saturday)–29 (Sunday)
  • 31st Session: July 25 (Saturday)–26 (Sunday)
  • 32nd Session: November 7 (Saturday)–8 (Sunday)

As you drink under the summer sun, try pairing your sake with regional specialties and popular restaurant snacks, available at the Food Booth (cash only). Enjoy your food and drink while you relax at the Venue Stage. Listen to a live music performance presided over by Yuki Aoi, the WASHU FES Coordinator and “Sake Samurai”.

What to expect

Head on over to the exciting SNS corner where you can watch some fun videos prepared by the commemorative panel. Attend the festival wearing a yukata and receive great benefits and presents, and why not try our contribution campaign by using #washufes to get a chance at other prizes.

With easy access to Nakameguro on the Tokyu Toyoko Line and the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line, it’d be the shame of your summer season to miss the WASHU FES. The sake festivals are held three teams a year in Spring, Summer, and Autumn. The next event to be held will be on November 2nd and November 3rd with information and details available on the main website.

Getting there

The Nakameguro GT Tower Mae-Hiroba is conveniently located right next to Nakameguro Station from east exit #2.
