A special exhibition taking place at Tokyo's Gotoh Museum explores a range of Chinese ceramics, with pieces from the Han dynasty all the way through to the Ming and Qing dynasties. Around 60 pieces in total will be on display at the event, including measuring tools of the Warring States period, Sancai pottery (literally 'three colored pottery'), and the ever-popular blue and white porcelain pieces from the Song and Ming dynasties. The pieces will be exhibited in chronological order, showing the changes and developments over a 2000 year timeframe.
Adult admission to the event is priced at 1000 yen.
