Strawberry Milk and Ginger Punch Kakigori

Cafe & Bar Yelo is a refreshing kakigori restaurant located in Roppongi. Their specialty is kakigori or shaved ice. There are a variety of flavors including traditional Japanese, fruit and unusual flavors including carrot mascarpone or ginger punch which includes Pop Rocks candy. The most popular flavor is Tiramisu. There are also a variety of toppings including yogurt or milk sauce, granola, Oreos or mochi. The size of the shaved ice is impressive, but easily finished and surprisingly light. Yelo is open late into the night all days of the week and is open all year around.
