From September 4th until October 9th, Ginza Tsutaya will host a solo exhibition of works from Masakatsu Kondo. Born in Aichi Prefecture, Kondo graduated from the University of London's Slade School of Fine Arts in 1993 and has been based in London since then. His work focuses primarily on an artificial representation of the natural world, with a variety of colors used to depict scenery like reflections on water or the sky at sunset.
Admission to the exhibition is free of charge, but do note that advance reservations are required until 4 pm on weekdays, and at any time on weekends. After 4 pm on weekdays the event is open to the public. To reserve a place, please visit the official website here.
