Hakkeijima Sea Paradise Theme Park

Approximately 30 min. from the Yokohama station, lies the Hakkeijima Sea Paradise Theme park. It consists of amusement rides, an aquarium, a shopping mall and a hotel. We went there expecting to pay at the entrance but it is actually a pay per attraction type amusement park. So you can browse all you want without paying. The major roller coaster there will take you over the sea and will either make you scream with excitement or fear. You can also see many species of exotic sea creatures in the aquarium.
