On Thursdays and Fridays from July 1st until August 27th, the Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel & Towers will host a "Peach and Mango Sweets Parade" with various desserts on offer incorporating these fruits. Some of the sweets on the menu include a mango shortcake made with Miyazaki mangoes, a peach shortcake made with Niigata peaches, the classic Peach Melba, and mango and lime macarons.
The event also includes savory dishes such as a salami and summer vegetable salad, corn soup, and beef stew.
The event is priced at 5500 yen per person, and advance reservations can be made on the official hotel website.
