AI Concierge Robot Debuts at Osaka Expo

Blending communication, hospitality, and health monitoring

At Expo 2025 in Osaka, one of the most talked-about features inside the Osaka Healthcare Pavilion is a next-generation AI concierge robot called Miraia Lynx. Designed specifically for the event, this robot blends communication, hospitality, and contactless health monitoring in a single futuristic package.

Positioned throughout the "Nest for Reborn" pavilion, Miraia Lynx offers multilingual support and interactive conversations using advanced digital human technology. It’s not just about giving directions—visitors can chat with the robot, ask questions about the venue, and even enjoy personalized exchanges tailored to their interests.

One standout feature is its non-contact biometric analysis system. The robot can check vital signs such as heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen saturation, blood glucose, and lactate levels, with results shown in real time. This hands-on experience is part of the pavilion’s broader goal of encouraging visitors to reflect on health, well-being, and personal renewal.

The theme of the pavilion, "REBORN," focuses on rediscovery—of oneself, of life values, and of the potential for transformation. By blending advanced technology with participatory exhibits, the pavilion invites guests to consider how future innovation might shape a better, healthier life.

Miraia Lynx will be stationed in seven locations within the pavilion throughout the run of the Expo, which is open from April 13th to October 13th, 2025. With its combination of warm, human-like communication and futuristic capabilities, the robot represents a glimpse of everyday tech we might see in the near future.

More information about the pavilion and its exhibits can be found on the official website.
