Last October, I had a chance to visit Akita Prefecture. Prefecture Akita is located in the Tōhoku region of northern Honshu; the main island of Japan. There are lots of historical buildings in Akita, especially in Senboku. Kakunodate Bukeyashiki is one of historical buildings which are well-known in Senboku. Kakunodate is a particularly charming old town, which is full of preserved samurai houses.

The beauty of Akita in autumn was fascinating, I couldn't miss any moment when I visited some places there. I visited Kakunodate Bukeyashiki, Villa Floral, and Akita International University.
