From November 3rd until December 25th, Shinagawa's Maxell Aqua Park is hosting a seasonal event in conjunction with Japanese creative art and design agency Naked. Titled "Naked Star Aquarium", the event adds colorful projection mapping technology to the aquarium exhibits, creating a festive atmosphere.
Shimmering snowflake projections will be displayed by the angelfish exhibit, the on-site cafe and bar will be illuminated with bright red Christmas ribbon projections, and the jellyfish area will have almost 100 LED lights hanging from the ceiling -- and that's just naming some of the attractions at the event.
Admission to the event is priced at 2300 yen for adults, 1200 yen for elementary and junior high school students, and 700 yen for children under elementary age.
