If you’re looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo, and fancy some feline friends. A short walk from Ikebukuro Station and located on the 5th floor of an anonymous building is Neko no Iru Kyuukeijo 299, a well-hidden gem. It’s one of the biggest cat cafés in Tokyo with enough plush sofas for 60 people. This is the second branch of Neko no Mise, a very popular café with a sterling reputation. This cat café has a lovely atmosphere with jazz playing in the background, an extensive manga collection and cuddly cats everywhere.
