A meat specialist from Kyoto, Nick Stock has expanded in Tokyo with two new arrivals on the gourmet scene: this new 'Hotdog Steak Cafe' at Shibuya's Dogenzaka, as well as a more upmarket 'Grill &Pub' over at Ginza's new luxury shopping complex, Ginza Six.
The menu here focuses on high quality sausages, steaks and hamburg steaks, though plenty of other meat options, as well as a range of pancakes and brews, round out the menu.

The hot dogs are the standout item, using chaminton pork from Kagoshima's Satsuma area and are available throughout the day, including the special Morning Menu (8:00–11:00). Here you can grab a Morning Set comprising coffee and a juicy, crisp sausage from any of their hot dog range – though the smaller Morning Curry & Cabbage Dog comes complimentary with any breakfast drink order by default.

Try from the basic Hot Dog (¥330), or try from the wider range: Coriander Dog, Grandloin Steak Dog, Cheese Dog, Chorizo Dog, Salad Chicken Coriander Dog – all available throughout the day, alongside an appetising steak menu.
Using Aurora Angus steak from America's Chicago/Illinois area, choose from the Grandloin Steak, Sirloin Steak, Chuck Eye Roll Steak and Chuck Tail Frap Steak – all available for lunch and dinner.
The dinnertime menu also proudly offers the Nick Village feast – a 1 kg platter of assorted meats suitable for 2-4 people including steaks, hamburg steaks, sauteed pork, tandoori chicken, sausage and bacon. Meat feast lovers should definitely consider Nick Stock on their next Tokyo night out.
