Niku Fes Tokyo

Paradise for meat lovers in Japan's capital

Venue: Komazawa Olympic Park When: Late Apr - Early May 2024

If you opt for your primary protein sources to come from meat, the annual Niku Fes is an event that you won't want to miss. The festival serves up a range of different meat dishes — both domestic and international — for attendees to enjoy. Alongside the eats on offer, there will also be stage performances adding to the fun and laid-back atmosphere.

Admission to the event itself is free, and meal tickets are priced at 700 yen each.

Getting there

The Tokyo Niku Fes will be held at Komazawa Olympic Park's Central Plaza. The venue is approximately 15 minutes on foot from Komazawadaigaku Station, on the Tokyu Denentoshi Line. Given the large number of visitors anticipated for the event, public transport is advised.

This type of meat is very different from what we have here. Is it tasty? I'm not a fun of meat anyway...

When I go shopping, I always check where the meat comes from and prefer meats from Japan. They are tastier than imported ones. Must be how the livestock are raised?
