JOY offers a unique sushi-making experience that caters to both fish lovers and vegetarians. The two-hour course includes a welcome drink, sushi rice preparation, and the creation of 12 pieces of nigiri sushi and 4 pieces of gunkan maki.

The regular menu features classic sushi ingredients like tuna, salmon, shrimp, and scallops, while the vegetarian menu substitutes fish with colorful, boiled vegetables. Both options provide an authentic sushi-making experience and a meal, making it a perfect activity for diverse groups of travelers.

JOY ASAKUSA's premium sushi course offers a unique blend of cultural immersion and culinary artistry. Participants embark on a two-hour journey that includes:
- Sushi Rice Making Experience: Using specially crafted vinegar and tools, guests learn the art of preparing perfect sushi rice.
- Sushi Making Experience: Guided by the head chef, participants create 12 pieces of nigiri sushi using premium ingredients like tuna, salmon, shrimp, and scallop. Vegetarian options are available upon request.
- Gunkan Norimaki Sushi Making Experience: Guests further expand their sushi-making skills by crafting 4 pieces of gunkan maki, a popular sushi roll variety.
- Meal Time with Free Drinks: Participants savor their creations alongside a selection of Japanese green tea, mineral water, beer, or sake.
The course is priced at 20,000 yen for adults and 10,000 yen for children aged 6 to 11. Children under 5 can participate for free. The experience is available in two daily slots, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM. Joy is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
