Hiroshima-style Okonomiyaki is a very thin omelet containing vegetables, noodles, and other ingredients. It is a casual food, but not a fast food. They cook it after you order, cook it thoroughly, and serve it very hot from a plate. This shop is on the 11F of Fukuya Department store in front of JR Hiroshima Station. The shop is clean and bright, easy to access, and tasty. And even solo, female customers will feel comfortable. Prices range from 1,000-1,500 yen. Be prepared to be FULL!
