TeamLab Future Park 2022

A limited-time event for kids and kids at heart

Venue: Yuki Information and Communication Center When: Mar 11th - Apr 10th 2022

The TeamLab collective needs no introduction – they're renowned for some incredible digital displays such as TeamLab Borderless and TeamLab Planets, which allow visitors to explore art through light, sound, texture, and touch. An upcoming event at Ibaraki's Yuki Information and Communication Center brings the digital art concept to the younger crew, allowing kids to explore and create through play.

For instance, the Sketch Aquarium encourages visitors to draw a sea creature of their choice, which is then scanned and projected onto a giant virtual aquarium. The Light Ball Orchestra includes a variety of balls which change color when touched, and they also emit sound for a fun multi-sensory experience.

On-the-day tickets are priced at ¥1,300 for adults, ¥1100 for high school students, ¥900 for junior high school students, and ¥600 yen for children from 3 years to elementary school age.

Getting there

The Yuki Information and Communication Center is located just a minute on foot from Yuki Station (North Exit), which is served by the JR Mito Line.

For those who opt to drive, there is parking available for just over 100 vehicles on the B1 floor of the venue.
