This Eggs 'n Things location is situated off of Route 134 in Shonan Enoshima and specializes in pancakes, waffles and crepes served all throughout the day until 10:30pm. The first Eggs 'n Things eatery was opened in Waikiki on Ena Road in 1974 by Jerry and Jan Fukunaga. Popular with locals and tourists alike, there are two other locations in Tokyo with an additional shop opening on June 21, 2013 in Osaka. The nearest train station is Katase-Enoshima, just opposite from Enoshima Island. Spend the day at this small seaside town and enjoy breakfast for dinner!

Not sure about the whipped cream but geez, I like a good pancake. Enoshima really has such an eclectic vibe to it that giant towers of whipped cream on pancakes just makes sense.
