The Future Shorts Festival is returning to Kyoto and Kobe in Kansai! The event brings together global creativity and culture, fusing histories, imagination and audiences into a collective narrative. It is the world’s biggest pop up film festival, transforming the way we experience cinema. Screened in various locations all over the world, This year's line up includes films both screened and awarded in prestigious global festivals like the: Prague Short Film Festival, Philadelphia Film Festival, and Sundance. Cinema crossed boundaries, challenges stereotypes and creates dialogue. Join us in connecting a global audience at Art Complex 1928, the home of the famous GEAR theater group.
