Kiyomizu Dera, the biggest and most famous temple in Kyoto, is the first place that many tourists want to go. I know Kiyomizu Dera is already famous, so I want to introduce a small shrine behind the main hall in the temple.
Jishu Shrine is famous for its stone, called 'the stone of love'. There is a legend about the stone. If you want to find your true love, there are two big stones in the middle of the shrine. First, touch the stone and close your eyes. Then try to walk to the other stone with your eyes closed. If you can find the other stone and touch that, you will find your true love. Actually I saw many women in that shrine. I wonder why?
