“Double Fantasy – John & Yoko” is the world's first exhibition filled with the words, belongings, and works of John Lennon and Yoko Ono. At the event, more than 100 pieces from Yoko Ono's personal collection will delve into the lives of these two creatives, who expressed themselves through art, music, and video.
Some of the exhibition highlights include clothing and glasses worn by the couple, Lennon's hand-painted notebooks, illustrations and lyrics, Ono's art books, and even a replica of the Indica Gallery where the two met for the first time. There will also be displays about the couple's famous "Bed-ins for Peace" in Amsterdam and Montreal as nonviolent protests against war.
